Try our de-stress yoga to let go and reduce stress after a long day of work. Get rid of some stress-induced symptoms e.g. headache, upset stomach or poor sleeping quality etc. and refresh your mind after the class.

Our instructor will begin with some hatha yoga and balancing poses to help focus your mind, let go and free yourself. The class will then be followed by some yin and restorative poses to give a soothing and calming taste in the class.

Aromatherapy essential oils will be diffused into the air of the room. We will choose the favourite soothing aroma oil in each class to help create a calmer, happier and more relaxed class environment. Feel free to tell us your favourite aroma oil and any allergic reactions you have experienced with aroma.

Prenatal yoga is specially designed for expected moms tailoring to their unique body needs throughout journey of pregnancy.

We will start the flow with guided meditation and breathing exercise, followed by yoga postures with the aid of yoga tools to open and strengthen the muscles, which are essential for labour and postnatal recovery.

You will feel connected with your body and mind , finishing the class with alleviated discomforts and relaxed mind.

Just join our nurturing and positive community, all transitioning into the role of motherhood.

Our experienced and qualified prenatal yoga instructors will guide you through.



For pregnant ladies from 12-36 weeks. You can consult your obstetrician before starting the session.

This two-hour intensive practice will focus on the techniques of backbend, with the assistance of props and tools. Students will learn the anatomy of backend, be guided through the warm-ups and preparations that necessary for deep backbend, and strengthening the muscles working in too.

Hatha Yoga includes yoga postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and help relaxing your whole body. This class helps you build a solid foundation,encourages regular students to push the boundaries of their practice, and brings them balance , strength and calmness. A variety of poses with modifications for beginners/regular practitioners will be given.
