Yogaflow is a easy to moderate paced Hatha yogaflow where you can learn the yoga postures with correct alignment and breath awareness. This class is great for both beginners and experienced practitioners of yoga.
Yoga lessons are 75 minutes and based on a Hatha Yogaflow. Each lesson begins with mindful breathing and concludes with a mindful relaxation. The lessons will focus on strengthening plus opening and lengthening muscles. Each person receives personal attention and modifications when necessary with props. Creative and fluid sequencing vary from class to class.

Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep, an ancient yogic practice made popular in the 20th century by Swami Satyananda, is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and the practitioner listens to and is guided systematically into a state of withdrawal from consciousness. In this state, through the practice of Yoga Nidra, one can find their deeper purpose, reduce stress and anxiety, and manifest what you really want.
In this class, Yoga Nidra and Sound Therapy with tuning forks are used together to help make the practice even more special. Experience the relaxation from the practice of a guided Yoga Nidra followed by a short energy cleansing session with the sound vibration with the Solfeggio Scale tuning forks which balance the Chakras and flush out energy blockages. The class is approximately 1 hour long.

It has been used successfully to treat a wide variety of conditions by unblocking or releasing energy disturbances inside and outside the body. The frequencies of the tuning forks also entrain brainwaves and sync cellular activity to help "tune up" the body, like a musical instrument.
