We often think of yoga as a great way to strengthen our muscles and gain flexibility, but it does so much more. Here are yoga poses to de-stress and relax.

Try our de-stress yoga to let go and reduce stress after a long day of work. Get rid of some stress-induced symptoms e.g. headache, upset stomach or poor sleeping quality etc. and refresh your mind after the class.

Our instructor will begin with some hatha yoga and balancing poses to help focus your mind, let go and free yourself. The class will then be followed by some yin and restorative poses to give a soothing and calming taste in the class.

Aromatherapy essential oils will be diffused into the air of the room. We will choose the favourite soothing aroma oil in each class to help create a calmer, happier and more relaxed class environment. Feel free to tell us your favourite aroma oil and any allergic reactions you have experienced with aroma.
