Core Strength & Arm Balances Workshop 核心訓練工作坊

Our core is one of the most important parts of the body - it is the powerhouse that stabilises and holds everything together. We need it for almost every aspect of our practice, from balance poses to arm balances to handstands, and to protect our bodies from injury. A weak core is also commonly related to lower back pain.

In this workshop we will be working on drills to help strengthen and tone our core (the abdominal lock) and begin exploring the other two lesser-known 'bandhas' (in the throat and pelvic floor). At the end there will be opportunity to use these newfound techniques to practice arm balances and inversions if you choose.

Cost: $30 or 3 classes off your 10 Class Pass

人體的核心是其中一個最重要的部位,不但可以幫助穩固關節防止外傷,亦可讓平衡動作和高難度動作 (例如手平衡和倒立動作等等)變得更容易!一個弱的核心也是長期腰酸背痛的根源之一!

在這個工作坊裡我們除了鍛鍊腹部核心之外也會研究其餘兩個 ’bandhas‘。最後會有機會練習一些手平衡和倒立的動作!

價格:$30 或在10 Class Pass裡扣3節課
