Yoga can help to reduce shoulder, back and neck aches. In this yoga class we will focus on the spine, neck and shoulders. With the use of props, warmth and yoga poses we are working on strengthening and relaxing the area around the spine, shoulders and pelvis.

We will use breathing exercises and mediation. Breathing and relaxation will help to reduce tension in the body.
