To keep our hammocks safe and clean we ask you to not wear clothing with buttons or zippers and to please remove your make-up before coming to class!

If you are new to Aerial Yoga we highly recommend you sign up for our Aerial Yoga Basics workshop before joining class! Check our schedule for this 2 hour workshop that allows time to get to know the hammock!
