If you book a class within 45 minutes of the start time, you will not get an email, however you can find the link to the zoom class in the class description on MomoYoga.

Please enter the zoom class at least 5 minutes before the start, lets check technical issues prior to the start!!

Pilates exercises are designed to coordinate movement and breath to work the smaller muscles as well as core muscles. It helps to align your entire body and support your joints.

Being a low-impact exercise means that it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels… but don’t be fooled. The movements might look simple, they provide a serious workout for your muscles and your core. You will gain both strength and flexibility.

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €4 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.
